Description
As a financial advisor, it’s critical to keep a level head. My experience as a paramedic trained me well to stay calm in the face of adversity and uncertainty.
But no one could have steeled themselves for a global pandemic. Not even me.
Just like you, I was worried. But a friend told me a few months ago that worry is a terrible misuse of the imagination. So rather than playing the 4am game of “What if?”, I got busy researching a method to calm the disturbance.
I’ve been leaning on this practice for awhile now, and the shift in my outlook has been remarkable. Now, I’d like to share it with you.
Join me for my next masterclass on Wednesday May 25th at 5PM PST and on Thursday, May 26th at 12pm PST to share my experience with anxiety and the six-step process I’m using to extinguish it.
I’m limiting attendance to keep it intimate and productive, as we’ll be working with “The Anxiety Extinguisher Worksheet”. It takes about an hour to complete.
You are not alone. We are all living with the same uncertainty. If we can support one another, the burden is lessened.
I hope you can join me.
Yours in service,
Scott
